Every new month gives us another chance to make BigSeller better for the sellers who rely on it every day. January 2026 was one of those months where a lot of meaningful work came together.

Over the past few weeks, we focused on improving the parts of BigSeller that affect daily operations the most, how orders move through the warehouse, how retail stores handle after-sales, and how sellers manage products across channels. Some updates are more visible, others quietly remove friction from day-to-day work, but all of them are designed to help sellers run more smoothly.

Here are a few highlights from January.

Smarter Wave Generation

We introduced Rule Group feature for wave generation to make warehouse operations more efficient and predictable.

Instead of treating all orders the same, BigSeller can now group orders with similar characteristics such as SKU type, size, weight, or urgency into the same picking wave. This makes it easier to handle complex fulfillment scenarios, especially for sellers managing high order volumes or diverse product ranges.

The result is faster picking, fewer mistakes, and a warehouse workflow that scales better as your business grows.

POS After-Sales Orders for BigSeller Apps

January also brought after-sales support to BigSeller's POS system.

Retail sellers can now manage returns, refunds, and exchanges within the same system used for sales, keeping everything connected and traceable. Stock movements, refund amounts, and order records stay in sync, making after-sales handling clearer for both staff and customers.

This update helps physical stores resolve issues faster, reduce manual work, and deliver a more professional in-store experience.

Offline Promotions for POS Retail

To support in-store selling, we rolled out Offline Promotions for POS retail orders.

Sellers can now run discounts, percentage-off campaigns, and free-gift promotions directly at the POS, with promotions applied automatically during checkout. This makes it easier to run daily deals, festive campaigns, or clearance sales without relying on manual price adjustments.

The goal here is simple: smoother checkout, consistent promotions, and more flexibility for retail operations.

Facebook (Meta Business) Integration

We also expanded BigSeller's multi-channel capabilities with official support for Meta Business authorisation .

Sellers can now connect their Facebook Business Portfolio to BigSeller and manage Facebook Shop products directly from one place. Product publishing, updates, and syncing happen without the usual back-and-forth between systems.

This makes it easier to keep product listings consistent and saves time for sellers growing their presence on social commerce.

If You Missed Our January Webinars

January wasn't only about shipping new features. We also spent time talking with sellers about topics that are becoming increasingly important as e-commerce operations grow more complex.

We hosted two webinars this month. One focused on e-invoicing, tax, and accounting in Malaysia, where we discussed what upcoming requirements mean in practice, how sellers can prepare without overcomplicating their workflows, and how better financial setup supports clearer reporting and long-term decision-making.

The other session looked at starting and scaling a dropshipping business in Malaysia in 2026, covering profit potential, smarter product sourcing, and how sellers can build more sustainable operations as they grow.
